Stopping your study

To stop a live study, first navigate to the summary page for the study. For how to do this view this guide.

When you've on the study summary page simply click the Stop button:

Editing a live study

To edit a live study, go to the results page for the study by going to Studies > All studies and then selecting your study.

Then, click the Edit button in the top right corner to open the study builder where you'll be able to edit some settings.

Then, make the edits you'd like to make to your study and then click the Set changes live button on the Review page to set your edits live.

To prevent corrupting the data in your study after you set it live, you can only edit some fields, such as:

  • The question asked in a block

  • The AI follow-up question settings for a block

  • The text in labels and multi-choice options for Rate and Choose blocks

If you need to make bigger changes to your study, such as adding or removing blocks or changing block types, you'll need to duplicate your study and launch it as a new study after you've applied the necessary changes. This guide covers how to duplicate an existing study.

After you've made your desired edits, click the Save button in the top right corner to save your changes to your live study.

Re-launching a completed study

After a study has been completed you can set it live again by going to the summary page for your study, and then click the Edit button to go to the study editor:

Then, change any settings you want to change and then click the Set live button on the Review step.

You can re-launch any study except studies that contain Instant user interview blocks.
