After you've launched your study and shared it with your participants (either automatically via our panel or in your product, or by sharing your unique study link), you'll see the responses start coming in on the results page for your study.
Get an overview of your study
In the overview tab you can see a breakdown of all the blocks added to your study, a preview of the study itself and details about how many responses you've got for each block, the study completion rate and the average time it takes participants to complete your study.
View your study results
In the Results tab, you can view the aggregate results for each block in your study. For each block, you can see:
Set up details: The various settings for the block.
Overview: Any relevant stats for the block, such as average task duration, missed clicks and how many participants successfully completed the task (for Prototype Tasks).
Participant responses: Under the Participants tab you can see all the responses from participants for each block in your study.
Findings: Customers on our Scale plan can also see our AI-generated analysis under the Findings tab for each block.
How Wondering’s AI Analysis works
AI Analysis is available for all customers on our Scale plan.
Wondering's AI Analysis thematically analyses each response in your studies using purpose-trained AI to detect patterns and categorize your data into clusters, making it easy to see the main insights that emerge from your response data. This approach takes your raw response data and organizes it in a way that highlights the most relevant ideas, quotes and recurring topics, saving you time on manual tagging and data analysis.
Here’s a quick overview of the process:
Step 1: Automatic tagging and cluster your response data
Our AI identifies and automatically highlights parts of your response data, such as specific quotes. Each highlight is automatically associated with a tag, which can be used one or many times to create highlights across your responses. This creates clusters of small individual pieces of evidence that can then be further analyzed to identify more meaningful themes and insights.
Step 2: Generating high-level findings
After your response data has been tagged, our AI analyzes the data in these clusters and your study to generates high-level findings. Each finding includes a concise summary, a description, and supporting quotes that are the evidence behind that finding.
These findings allow you to quickly grasp the key insights from your study, helping you make informed decisions much faster and share relevant data with your team. Simply put, we turn the complex response data you’ve collected in your studies into clear, digestible insights that you can use to inspire action.
View individual responses
To read through each individual response to your study, head to the Individual responses tab. Here you'll see a table of all the responses you've collected so far in your study.
If you click a response in the table of responses, you can then see the full transcript of all the responses the participant has given as part of your study:
At the top of the individual response page, you can also see a summary of the transcript, and details about the participant:
If the participant responded in another language than English, you can also automatically translate the responses back to English using the dropdown in the top right corner of your transcript. This setting is only visible for responses where the conversation has been identified as being completed in another language than English:
