Understanding your results
Updated over a week ago

After you've launched your study and shared it with your participants (either automatically via our panel or in your product, or by sharing your unique study link), you'll see the responses start coming in on the results page for your study.

The overview tab

In the overview tab you can see a breakdown of all the blocks added to your study, a preview of the study itself and details about how many responses you've got for each block, the study completion rate and the average time it takes participants to complete your study.

The individual responses tab

To read through each individual response to your study, head to the Individual responses tab. Here you'll see a table of all the responses you've collected so far in your study.

If you click a response in the table of responses, you can then see the full transcript of all the responses the participant has given as part of your study.

On the left side, you can also see a summary of the transcript, and key quotes from the participant for each block of your study.

If the participant responded in another language than English, you can also automatically translate the responses back to English using the dropdown in the top right corner of your transcript. This setting is only visible for responses where the conversation has been identified as being completed in another language than English:
