This feature is available to users on the Scale plan.
As an admin user you can control how long your research data is retained for each workspace by going to Account > General. If you set a data retention period, all of your research and participant data on Wondering that is older than that period will be deleted automatically by us. All data related to research participants for any sessions across your whole team - such as session recordings and summaries, transcripts, notes, user attributes and screener responses - will be deleted after the chosen period:
If this setting is used, data is deleted permanently from our storage. There is no way to retrieve data after it has been deleted.
