If you receive responses to your study that you would like to exclude from your results, you can do so using the Exclude from results switch. You can find this control at the top of the transcript page for each individual response:
When you exclude a response from your results, this responses will not be included in any data shown in the Results tab, including any AI-generated findings, charts in Rate or Choose blocks, or stats in Prototype tasks.
You can easily see any responses that you've excluded from results directly in the Individual responses table. Any responses that's been excluded will be marked as such:
Update findings after excluding responses
If you've excluded responses from your results, you can regenerate your findings using only your included responses. After you exclude any responses that you don't want to include in your results, go to the Results tab. You'll see a banner allowing you to generate findings using only included responses:
