Who has access to this feature?
The Wondering panel is accessible to all plans.
Pricing
Panel credits can be purchased for $5 each, and 1 panel credit allows you to recruit 1 participant from the panel for 1 study.
For more information on purchasing panel credits, check out this guide.
How to recruit participants from the panel
The first step is to create the study that you'd like to launch. For advice on how to do this, check out our guide here.
Pick recruit from our panel
When you're happy with your study then head over to the participants tab. There input the number of participants you'd like to recruit & your study language as usual. Then, select Recruit from our panel.
Set your screening criteria
Screen the participants that you'd like to recruit using the filters. After you set your filters, you can see how many people in our panel match your criteria in the Estimated pool size section:
When should I expect responses from panel participants after launching my study?
If you recruit participants from our panel to your study, we'll start sending your study to our panel as soon as you launch it. Studies of <50 participants can usually be completed in under a couple of hours. However, the exact time it takes to gather all the responses from the participants depends on:
The number of participants you are recruiting. The more participants the longer it will take.
Your screening criteria. Adding more screening criteria will reduce the pool of participants who can take part in the study. The smaller the pool the longer the recruitment will take.
How long does it take to recruit small cohorts from the participant panel?
Typically studies recruiting from our panel are filled within a few hours, but when recruiting smaller cohorts it can take longer to reach the whole cohort.
We typically recommend expecting a maximum 50% response rate from eligible participants for a study. That means if you're trying to recruit 400 participants from a cohort of only 500 participants, you'll likely only be able to gather around 250 participant responses from that cohort.
