All plans on Wondering come with unlimited user seats, meaning you can add your whole team to your Wondering plan without having to pay for multiple licenses.
Team members can be added with three different permission levels:
Observers can view recordings of past sessions.
Basic can view recordings, modify your widget and recruitment settings and start interviews.
Admins can do all of the above, and also manage team members, data retention settings and billing for your team. If your team has incentive payments enabled, Admins are the only ones that can approve and send incentives.

As all plans come with unlimited seats you can add your entire organisation to your team on Wondering. Adding extra seats do not increase the price of your plan.
Update the role permissions for a team member
To edit what permissions a current team member has you need to have Admin access to your team.
To update the role permissions of a team member, find them in the Team members list under Account > Team and click the Edit button next to their name. In the pop-up modal, choose their new role from the drop down, and then click Update:
