There are three ways in which you can send your Wondering studies to participants, through the Wondering panel, in-product or by sharing a unique study link.

Wondering Participant Panel

Wondering's built-in participant panel helps you quickly recruit the right participants for your studies, based on pre-defined filters such as where they live, their age and many more filters. Our panel includes over 120K vetted testers from all over the world.

In-Product SDK

Deliver studies to your users throughout your website based on in-product behaviour and actions. Target narrow user segments with powerful segmentation and get insights continuously from your real customers.

Share a study link

You can also recruit participants for your studies by sharing a unique study link with participants you want to recruit on your own, such as from another panel, and internal stakeholder or another participant panel.

Decide how many participants to recruit

First select the number of participants that you'd like to recruit:

Remember that if you're recruiting from our panel then each participant costs 1 panel credit.

Choose how to recruit participants for your study

In the Participants step of the Wondering study builder, you can define how you'd like to recruit your study with participants. You can recruit participants by recruiting participants from the Wondering panel, targeting users on your website or by sharing your study via a unique link.

Sharing your study via a unique link

To create a unique study link that you can share anywhere, choose Share a link, and then launch your study. You will then be able to copy the unique link for your study and share with potential participant via email, slack and many more.

Recruit participants from the Wondering panel

To recruit participants from our global panel, choose Recruit from our panel. You can screen the participants that you'd like to recruit for your study using our panel filters. After you select your filters, you can see how many participants in our panel are qualify for your study under Estimated pool size:

Once you've selected the participants you want to recruit, you can then launch your study.

Targeting participants in-product with your study

To recruit participants from your website, choose Target in your website.

To display a study on your website, you first have to install Wondering on your website. To get started installing Wondering on your website, check out our Developer Documentation.

Then, determine which segment of users you want to target by selecting the relevant Trigger you want to activate your study:

You can learn more about setting up Triggers for websites in our Developer Documentation here.

If you want your study to appear after a specific number of seconds after a trigger is activated, specify the delay you want (in seconds) under Delay:

Finally, if you want to filter our specific cohorts of users based on any User Attributes you've defined when installing Wondering on your website, set up a filter:
